Sponsor Guide

The U.S. Army Field Band & Soldiers' Chorus Sponsor Guide is a step-by-step handbook for concert sponsorship. It includes information about general requirements, expenses, concert site specifications, use and distribution of tickets, publicity methods, promotional materials, concert programs, promotion schedule, and other items. The Sponsor Guide and Sponsor Checklist may be downloaded as PDFs.

Technical Rider

The Technical Rider provides stage requirements, stage lighting, electrical requirements, sound system specifications, contact information, and a visual overview of the stage requirements.


High resolution digital photographs in JPG format are available for download. These include publicity shots of the Concert Band and Soldiers' Chorus and conducting staff.

Logos & Posters

Color posters for advertising concerts and logos for customizing advertising, tickets, and programs are available in EPS and PDF formats.

Media Files

Various audio files, including a 30-second file for radio advertising are available for download as MP3s. A prepared script to customize the 30-second radio PSA may be downloaded as a PDF.
