Jazz Ambassadors Media Materials

"The Musical Ambassadors of the Army" provide a wide variety of media materials for use by local sponsors. All of the materials listed on this page are for sponsors of the Jazz Ambassadors. Sponsor Guide

The Jazz Ambassadors Sponsor Guide is a step-by-step handbook for concert sponsorship. It includes information about general requirements, expenses, concert site specifications, use and distribution of tickets, publicity methods, promotional materials, concert programs, promotion schedule, and other items. The Sponsor Guide and Sponsor Checklist may be downloaded as PDFs.

Technical Rider

The Technical Rider provides stage requirements, stage lighting, electrical requirements, sound system specifications, contact information, and a visual overview of the stage requirements.


High resolution digital photographs in JPG format are available for download. These include publicity shots of the Jazz Ambassadors, the director, and vocal soloist.

Logos & Posters

Color posters for advertising concerts and logos for customizing advertising, tickets, and programs are available in EPS and PDF formats.

Media Files

Various video files, including a 30-second and 15-second promotional TV spot are available with or without announce. These are offered by request only.

Press releases, feature stories, introductory articles, and director and vocalist biographies are available as PDFs.
