Sponsor Guide

The Volunteers Sponsor Guide is a step-by-step handbook for concert sponsorship. It includes information about general requirements, expenses, concert site specifications, use and distribution of tickets, publicity methods, promotional materials, concert programs, promotion schedule, and other items. The Sponsor Guide and Sponsor Checklist may be downloaded as PDFs.

Technical Rider

The Technical Rider provides stage requirements, stage lighting, electrical requirements, sound system specifications, contact information, and a visual overview of the stage requirements.

Color posters for advertising concerts and logos for customizing advertising, tickets, and programs are available in EPS and PDF formats.
