Sergeant Major Bernhard Yutesler
Sergeant Major Bernhard Yutesler earned a Masters degree in Acquisition and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland University College, and a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Colorado State University. He is also a Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Chain Management (ISM). Prior to joining The U.S. Army Field Band, SGM Yutesler served with the 76th Army Band, the 101st Airborne Division Band, and the Army School of Music. He has deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Sergeant First Class David Parks
Sergeant First Class David Parks holds a Master of Music degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor of Music degree from Whitworth College. In 2006, he was featured at the Integrales New Music Festival, and has presented guest recitals at the North American Saxophone Alliance Biennial Conference and the World Saxophone Congresses in Slovenia and Minneapolis. SFC Parks is also a past winner of the Music Teachers National Association Competition and the IBLA International Performance Competition. SFC Parks’ teachers include Otis Murphy, Lawrence Gwozdz, and Sylvia Baker. He joined the Supply Section in 2019.
SSG Kristin Fleig
Staff Sergeant Kristin Fleig joined The U.S. Army Field Band in 2019. She is originally from Sioux Falls, SD.
