Present a Concert

The U.S. Army Field Band tours nationally and internationally, completing a touring circuit of the entire nation every two and a half years. Tour areas and projections for upcoming tours are indicated on the accompanying map.
Each concert by The Musical Ambassadors is presented by local media, or service organizations and businesses with media support. The presenter provides a suitable concert site and conducts a publicity campaign designed to fill the venue. Transportation, meals, and lodging are paid by the Department of the Army.
The Field Band often performs concerts in support of local community events such as centennial celebrations, festivals, and city or state commemorations. Preliminary planning of itineraries normally begins one year in advance of a tour. Requests for support of special events should be made as early as possible to facilitate scheduling.
All performances by The Musical Ambassadors of the Army must be offered free of charge to the public. Admission, seating, and all other accommodations and facilities connected with the event must be available to all without regard to race, color, creed, or national origin.
