SUMMER TOUR DATES ANNOUNCED
Summer is right around the corner, and The United States Army Field Band is hard at work preparing for tours and special events. The Concert Band & Soldiers' Chorus will tour the Northeast from late June through early July, and will also make an appearance at the Army Birthday Ball on June 24th, one of our Army's proud traditions. The Jazz Ambassadors have had a busy spring, and are eager to perform throughout the Midwest for thousands of patriots and jazz enthusiasts. Come out and enjoy a free concert by The U.S. Army Field Band this summer!

The Concert Band & Soldiers’ Chorus will once again celebrate our Independence Day with the world-renowned Boston Pops under the direction of Maestro Keith Lockhart. This spectacular event will feature both ensembles in a tribute to our great nation, performing patriotic favorites and well-known classics. The performance will conclude with Tchaikovsky’s iconic 1812 Overture with fireworks and live cannons! Don’t miss this fantastic evening of entertainment!

The Army Field Band has enjoyed a long and fruitful partnership with the Detroit Symphony. This summer, that partnership continues as America’s Big Band, The Jazz Ambassadors, joins the Detroit Symphony for the 25th Annual Salute to America. Each evening will feature a patriotic concert of jazz and classical works for all ages, and will conclude with a grand fireworks display! Bring the whole family to one of these very special events!
