SSG Randy Fultz earned Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees in bassoon performance from the Eastman School of Music, where he studied with George Sakakeeny and John Hunt. Before joining the Army Field Band in 2019, SSG Fultz performed extensively throughout western New York, appearing with the orchestras of Rochester, Buffalo, Geneseo, and Watertown. Previous engagements include fellowships with the Round Top, Texas, and Chautauqua music festivals, as well as multiple international tours with the Eastman Wind Ensemble. Since moving to the National Capital Region, SSG Fultz has enjoyed additional performances with the Annapolis Symphony and the District5 Wind Quintet.
