Biography
Staff Sergeant Aaron McAleavey holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University where he studied voice through both the Yale School of Music and the Shen Curriculum for Musical Theater. There, he performed in various theatrical productions, most notably with the Yale Repertory Theatre. During his senior year at Yale, Staff Sgt. McAleavey was a touring member of the Yale Whiffenpoofs, the country's oldest a cappella group, during which time he traveled the nation and the world performing more than 200 concerts in over 30 countries. After graduation, Staff Sgt. McAleavey began working for Royal Caribbean Cruises as a Lead Vocalist. Staff Sgt. McAleavey joined The United States Army Field Band in 2021 and grew up on Long Island, New York.
