Staff Sergeant Bryson Roberts was born in Anchorage, Alaska, and grew up in Spokane, Washington. In 2021, Staff Sgt. Roberts enlisted in the Army as a tuba player and served in the 77th Army Band at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and the 25th Infantry Division Band at Schofield Barracks, Hawai'i. He then joined The U.S. Army Field Band as a tour coordinator in 2025. Staff Sgt. Roberts received his Air Assault qualification in 2023 from the Sabalauski Air Assault School, and earned the Expert Soldier Badge in 2025 while serving in the 25th Infantry Division. Prior to enlistment, Staff Sgt. Roberts earned a Master of Music degree from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Music degree from Washington State University. In his free time, Staff Sgt. Roberts enjoys spending time with his wife, motorcycling, photography, and running marathons.
