Mr. Weibley was born and raised in Carlisle, PA. He served for 10 years as an active-duty Motor Transport Operator before continuing his career as a Department of the Army Civilian with The U.S. Army Field Band. With more than 30 years of experience in military transportation and with Army bands, Weibley brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to his work. Married to his wife Angela since 2007, they have three children and three grandchildren. Beyond his professional career, Mr. Weibley leads a non-profit organization that utilizes a Volkswagen bus painted with chalkboard paint to deliver art supplies to underprivileged classrooms, combining creativity and service to positively impact the community.
